This week was a STRUGGLE!!
I learned a valuable rule about stretching. STRETCH BEFORE WORKING OUT!! or you won't be able to move the next day. One word: OUCH!
I also skipped a few days because I was in a lot of pain... I'm very out of shape. But, upon the request of Micah, I still stretched even though my left leg hurt too much to put weight on it. Doing this kept my schedule, and also helped my hurt muscles.
I also changed my work out to exclude my legs while they recovered (so just working on arms and abs). Day 7 and I still can't climb stairs... but I'm getting there.
And now for my official check in:
Weight: 121
Bust: 34 1/2"
Waist: 27 1/2"
Hips: 33"
Progress:
Weight: -4 Pounds
Bust: -1 1/2"
Waist: -4 1/2"
Hips: -1"
I think that's pretty good progress for one week!! Especially with skipping a couple days.
