30 Day Challenge: Day 1

Most don't know that I've constantly struggled with my weight since I was in Elementary School. The heaviest I've topped out at is 160 pounds, and at 5'4" that's a lot on my little frame. The lightest I've been, in my adult life, is 105 pounds... which is waaaaay to skinny for me. (Yes, there is such a thing as too skinny)

The last two years I've been a pescetarian (which means I was a vegetarian that ate fish and eggs) which helped me balance out my weight, but recently I've started eating chicken again... and it's made me gain about 15 pounds. (...and now my jeans don't fit).

I think it's time to get in to shape.
I've decided to do a 30 Day Challenge where I work out 6 days a week for 30 days.
I'll be checking in with my results weekly.

Look at that belly, flabby arms, and cellulite.... ouch! 

I'm ready to get sexy! and feel better about my body!!
